Using principles of strength and conditioning training, I am able to support you to develop strength, speed and power using effective and proven exercise technique’s.

Improve Mobility

My rehabilitation and mobility centred approach to training enables me to deliver exercise sessions which help to alleviate ongoing injuries, restore functional range of motion, whilst working towards your fitness goals.

Increase Fitness 

Using versatile equipment such as Kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, allows me to deliver effective workouts in any environment, which is sure to challenge and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Each session is designed to get the most out of you, maximising the time you’ve invested and turning it into tangible results. The session’s are challenging, engaging but most of all Fun!

Reduce Body Fat

Eating healthily plays a key role in achieving your fitness goals and thankfully, it doesn’t require you to give up all the foods you enjoy. My philosophy on nutrition is balance and moderation, taking into account daily calorie intake, food choices and physical activity levels. So, if you’re trying to loose body fat, increase lean muscle and improve your health profile, I can help.

The partner training product is designed for training 2 clients with similar goals at the same time. A great way to encourage a family member or friend to join your fitness journey.

Small group sessions caters for up to 6 people and provides a great social and motivational environment.
